Aversoni Group is the brainchild of two dynamic visionaries, Felipe and Tanya, who share a profound passion for solving complex business challenges. With a relentless drive for excellence and a commitment to innovation, they founded Aversoni Group to provide cutting-edge consulting services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Meet Tanya:
She is a Mexican currently living in Prague, Czech Republic. She has a degree in Communication from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Mexico, and an MBA in People Management from USP/ESALQ in São Paulo, Brazil.
She recruited operational and administrative positions in companies such as Costco and Storm International in Mexico. At Samsung Electronics' Shared Services Center located in São Paulo, Brazil, she worked in the Workforce and Talent Acquisition areas, recruiting from entry-level to management positions across Latin America and supporting the subsidiaries in Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina.
At Genesys (SaaS, CX) she supported the Latin American region, with specialized positions in the technology industry, from entry-level to top-level managers in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Mexico. She is passionate about interacting with different cultures and working in multicultural teams.
Native language is Spanish, and she is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Additionally, she is currently studying Italian.
Meet Felipe:
Information Technology professional with a degree in Computer Science and experience in various areas and technologies. Currently focused on the Genesys Cloud CX CCaaS platform, where I have experience in small to large national and multinational companies in a wide range of sectors, including insurance, finance, health, commerce, and telecommunications.
Brazilian living in the Czech Republic. Passionate about technology, adaptable, easy to work with in multicultural teams.
Native Portuguese, fluent English and Spanish, basic Italian.
